today, my friend told me about how stupid her boss can get. When a parent raised a certain issue about their 4 year old kid progress in school, this principal will not stand up for what is right by thinking carefully first how to manage it (the parents' demands) better. Instead she would be harsh to her subordinates (that is,the teachers) and reprimand the teachers instead of better handling the parents :(

You see how bad effects this can impact on the future of our children. First this poor management will create a low morale for the teachers. These teachers will be affected to teach well for the children. And mind you, it is a vicious cycle:(

So if you are in the senior management position, please THINK....your brain is for you to think, so that those under your wings will not suffer....
